Mallika Sherawat's Dirty Politics drapes her in tricolour
After walking Cannes red carpet and giving a talk at Oxford
university on gender, Mallika Sherawat is back to doing what she is best
at - controversy.
In a recently released poster of Mallika's
forthcoming film Dirty Politics, she is seen draped only in the
tricolour and this is going to raise a lot of eyebrows in the country.

Director KC Bokadia is already facing pressure from a political party to change the poster.
"Workers
of a political party from Rajasthan are putting pressure on me to
change the tricolour into some other scrap of fabric," he told a leading
daily.
Mallika is shown sitting on the top of an Ambassador with a
beacon draped in tri-clour with a CD in her hand. In the background,
Rajasthan Assembly can be seen.
The film is reportedly based on
Jodhpur's Bhanwari Devi sex scandal and Bokadia clarifies, "It has
nothing to do with tricolour, nor is it any political party's symbol.
Also, there is no Ashoka Chakra, so essentially, it is just a piece of
cloth in three different colours."
He further added, "Sincerely, I
don't want to earn the displeasure of any political party. I have
always maintained that I can be an admirer of one party, but I do not
belong to any party. I am just a filmmaker and using my creativity to
put forth my point of view. As far as guidelines are concerned, the
poster will be censored according Indian Motion Picture Producers
Association guidelines. So, I don't know why I am being asked by this
political party to change it."
Mallika Sherawat is playing the
role of Bhanwari Devi in the film, which also stars Om Puri, Naseeruddin
Shah, Anupam Kher, Jackie Shroff, Govind Namdev, Ashutosh Rana and
Rajpal Yadav.

The video opens the sexy songstress lying in a open desert. Her knight in a leather jacket and monstorous bike soon comes to her rescue.
Again, like all her other videos this was just another opportunity for Jennifer to show off her super toned derriere and her dancing skills, while wearing a white mono-kini and dancing with the totally yummy Dolce & Gabbana model David Gandy.
We can't say we were diappointed. The video was reportedly shot in a Californian desert earlier this month, and is worth a watch if you're willing to see.

I was misquoted: Parineeti on working with Khans
Actress Parineeti Chopra was recently reported to have said in an
interview to a magazine that she is not working with the Bollywood Khans
- Salman, Shah Rukh and Aamir - because she would have nothing to do in
the film.

However, the four-film old actress has clarified and said that her statement has been blown out of proportion.
"I
would just like to clarify a bit on that (what I said in that
interview). That comment was blown out of proportion. It was an answer
to a question that I was asked," Parineeti told reporters here Thursday
at the launch of Yash Raj's fashion store Diva'ni.
"I was asked if
I was offered a film with senior actors. To that I answered, 'Yes, I
have been offered those films but I didn't have much to do, so I did
chose not to do'. I did not specifically take anybody's name," she
added.
Parineeti, who made her acting debut with "Ladies vs Ricky
Bahl" in 2011, feels it is not wise to make such an insensitive
statement.
The 25-year-old said: "I am too new an actor to do
something like that. I think it is a very insensitive thing to say if
any actor says that."
"I will never talk about the films that I am
not a part of. I will only talk about the films that I am confirmed to
be a part of. So it was not entirely a true statement. I think it was
unfair for the publication to quote me in the wrong way," she added.
So far, she has worked with young actors only, be it Arjun Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Ranveer Singh or Sushant Singh Rajput.
Her
next films are "Daawat-e-Ishq" and "Kill Dil", in which she is again
working with young actors like Aditya Roy Kapoor, Ranveer and Ali Zafar,
respectively

Sussanne Roshan goes back to her maiden name?
A lot have changed since Hrithik and Sussanne Roshan decided to end their marriage of 13 years.

Roshan moved to a new house, the couple finally filed for divorce on
mutual consent. And Now Sussanne has embraced one more change, she has
apparently started signing her emails as Sussanne Khan.
The grace period to reconsider the decision as granted by Indian courts is currently on.
Hrithik and Sussanne announced their seperation on December 2013.
The inseparable couple shocked everybody when they released an official statement announcing they are separating, last year.
Hrithik made several attempts to reconcile but Sussanne was adamant to move on.
According
to reports, the differences between the couple began with Hrithik's
alleged affair with Kites co-star Barbara Mori, following which Sussanne
moved out to her in-laws house. Later on it was reported that Sussanne
doesn't get along with Hrithik's mother Pinki Roshan and wanted Hrithik
to live separately.The last nail in the coffin was Sussanne's alleged
closeness to Arjun Rampal.
